The verdict
Windsurf tested well in June, but the July run put it on the “tested and cut” list: it regressed on the monorepo suite, breaking an import-graph refactor it had previously handled. Single-file work is still solid and the price is fair, but until the August recheck confirms the regression is fixed we cannot recommend it over the board leaders.
